Motivation at Work

MOTIVATION AT WORK

TRAINING PERSPECTIVE

In most organizations, staff assume that motivation has to be delivered by the employer. There is often a
lot of friction between staff that pollutes the work environment. This can be avoided and new
perspectives in motivation can facilitate mindset change. A few tested training techniques can tweak
motivational attitudes creating a renewed work energy and productivity.
