John Gitau
John Gitau holds a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and linguistics) degree from University of Nairobi and postgraduate diplomas in business management, marketing, stock brokerage,french entrepreneurship and Business Judging.
He is a Master Trainer of Trainers with Global financial education program.
He has been a trainer in personal money management for 8 years and an investment consultant for 18 years specializing with individuals of high networth. He has vast experience in business in the lines of hospitality, money transfer and portfolio management and business ideas development.
He is the CEO of Kenya financial Education Centre.
Joseph Geita
Joseph Geita holds a Bachelor of Education (arts) degree from Kenyatta University and an MBA (Marketing) from United States International University-Africa. He is trained by MicroSavesince 2001 on Market Research and Product Development among several other tools.
He has over15 years experience in training, research and product development for Micro Finance, SACCOs, Small Holder Farmers and Marketing Financial Services. He has gained a lot of experience in product design, pilot-testing and rollout of various financial products.
He is a Master Trainer of Trainers with Global Financial Education Program and is also trained in Designing Adult Learning Sessions by CGAP. He is a trained and certified practitioner in the Randomised Controlled Tests (RCTs) methodology.
He has also been actively involved in design and implementation of various development projects initiated by development partners such Swiss Contact, FSD, Swedish Cooperative Centre(SCC) and WOCCU among others. He has gain expertise in capacity development in the small holder farmers as an implementing specialist.
He is currently a senior associate for research, training and product development.
Lydiah Njoroge
Lydiah Njoroge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Nairobi. She has post graduate education in marketing, business management and communication.
She is a trained trainer in the Global Financial Education Program and has experience training staff of corporates, self help and smallholder farmer groups, entrepreneurs and business owners in the MSME sector. She has vast knowledge and expertise in the savings and credit cooperatives (SACCOs) movement around setup, support services, business development and advisory.
In addition, she has over 15 years experience as a consultant and trainer in public relations, communications, and marketing.
At KEFEC, she doubles as a trainer and the Associate in charge of training programs implementation and logistics.
Jack Ronoh
Has International exposure having supported the sale of technological solutions to the financial sector whilst in the Middle East. Holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Technology and Management Studies from Moi University.
Currently autonomously pursuing interests in the Insurance, Energy sectors and training on financial education and effective use of banking service within the financial sector. He has a keen interest and bias on digital and cyber crime prevention training and advocacy.
He works closely with KEFEC as an associate trainer for banking, financial services and inclusiveness for businesses owners and entrepreneurial groups.
Anne Wanjiku
Anne Wanjiku holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Daystar University. She has further strengthened her expertise in technology with professional certifications from IBM, including specializations in Artificial Intelligence and emerging digital technologies.
She has extensive experience in digital training and capacity building, with a strong focus on inclusive digital transformation. Notably, Anne collaborated with UKAID to design and deliver training programs for government officials on creating inclusive digital platforms that enhance accessibility for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in public service spaces.
Her work bridges the worlds of communication and technology, with a passion for leveraging digital innovation to promote inclusion, efficiency, and citizen engagement.
She is a trainer and executive director in charge of administration and business development.
Japheth Odhiambo Wesonga
Japheth Odhiambo Wesonga holds a Bachelor of Science (Agricultural Engineering) degree from Egerton University and Bachelor of Business Management from Masinde Muliro University of science & Technology. He is trained in marketing strategies, saving sensitization and T24 Emerge user training.
He is a Master Trainer of Trainers with Global Financial Education Program.
As a finance officer in a leading MFI he was instrumental in training over 5,000 clients using Global Financial Education curriculum within a year with a leading micro-finance Institution.
He is currently an associate consultant with Kenya Financial Education Centre in the financial services department.
Benedict Edward Kariuki
Benedict Kariuki holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Sociology) degree from Egerton University and IT qualification in Competence and Learning.
He is a master Trainer of Trainers with Global Financial Education Program.
He had 4 years experience in training youth in IT and Entrepreneurship with over 2 years international exposure in IT training..
He is the Coordinator of Research, IT and Youth Programmes training..
Samuel Kang’ethe
Samuel is a Certified Public Accountant with additional training in Marketing, Creative Design, Public Relations and Enterprise Development. As an accountant, he has worked in several firms and has also co-authored a book ‘Office Organization and Practice’. As an entrepreneur, he has created, developed and run media initiatives and publications with extensive outreach and impact. His main talent is advertising, creative products designs as well as business ideas.
He is the National Training Programmes Coordinator at Kenya Financial Education Centre.
Edmund Muiruri
Edmund is a trained trainer in the Global Financial Education Program. In addition to his 10 years teaching experience in the secular education system, he has handled rural self help groups training using the curriculum, resulting to practical and demonstrable benefits to groups in money management.
He is the Regional Training Coordinator for rural self help groups and small holder farmers’ financial literacy initiatives, at KenyaFinancial Education Centre.
